I still think he was a turbulent ENFJ. There's something rather Fe about him overall as a person and I think he had more foresight into his actions than he let onto. All in his life was a lie, so I'd say ENFJ. I have hard time thinking he was ESFP.

Find out about Freddie Mercury personality type

. ESFP is plausible.I wrote a comment but it just vanished.Information about Myers Briggs Type Indicator of Freddie Mercury.Hey ESFP actually makes sense. Good call.Which of the 16 personality types is Freddie Mercury?. Though I am still open to ENFx.His life seemed to be Se-heavy indeed. Although I used to think it's because he's an ENFJ with heavy Se. But looking back on some of his quotes and songs, which are full of "seize the day" messages, I'm starting to see your point.I thought he was ENFP too until I saw his interview. A lot of times he emphasize more on his melody than his lyrics and more on his theatrics than the message in his songs. His histrionic colorful persona and his very physical approach makes a good case for ESFP, for me at least.ENFP or ENFJ I can see that. But ESFP, why?He was very histrionic, and that can come off as being ENFP-ish. But I also think he was an ENFJ. Most of his lyrics are written in Ni stream-of-consciousness (e.g. Bohemian Rhapsody) and he's a perfectionist too.I don't see him ENFP at all. I'm going on with the vibe of the day and say he's ENFJ. He was such a perfectionnist, Queen is not Ne at all, they did not leave much material behind and nothing was left to randomness. He was also emotionally manipulative in a Fe way: he kept his lovers close to him by offering jobs of flats near his home. He was extremely hard on himself and would not allow himself to speak with an artist he respected if he thought his last performance was worthless. The process of writing Bohemian Rhapsody is also very Ni. Contrast him with Bowie and you'll see they are not the same at all. With the rest of the band I'd go with Roger as ESTP, Brian as ISFJ, and I'm not sure about John (INTP?).
