Yeah ENTPs are closest in dynamics to sensory types especially in regards for simple minded hendonism.

An NT type being hedonistic? LMAO you must be joking.

NTs  or ENTP noticeably have little trouble suppressing guilt for morally questionable behavior. Who presses the button to gas a million baby chicks ? The NT, or...a mindless sensory not seeing beyod the immediate repercussions of his/her handed down orders.

What the hell are you even talking about?

Plus I think an ENTJ would be more likely to do that than an ENTP, an ENTP would question that.

Meh, I doubt it. The ENTP 7w8 would be the average ENTP and they aren't hedonistic.

To be fair though, most intuitives would probably be less hedonistic than most sensors, so it's all relative. I certainly can't see why an organized and diligent ENTJ would be more hedonistic than an ENTP.

@fg Even going by functions, ENTJ’s Se is ranked behind Te and Ni, while ENTP leads with its Pe function (Ne).

@Zeego Ne is less hedonistic than Se

      lol but not "Tertiary"

      How so?

Think of it this way: even if Ne is less hedonistic than Se, wouldn't the immense difference in strength between dominant and tertiary override that?

Thats my point, IMO Tert Se is still more hedonistic than dom Ne

      @Elf

sorry dude but just because you aren't hedonistic doesn't mean every other Ne-dom by comparison isn't

I'm not using only myself as a sample size, just that from what I've seen Tert Se users are more hedonistic than Dom Ne users. I guess enneagram could sway that, but I'm talking about just functions here without enneagram influence.

In other words, an ENFJ 7w8 will likely be more hedonistic than an ENFP 7w8, but an ENFP 7w8 may be more hedonistic than an ENFJ 3w2.

I wish you had some tangible proof

why do I need tangible proof to have an opinion?

Mike, explain what? Most ENTPs are 7w8s and they aren't hedonistic.

Elf, i'm on the fence with the concept of 7s being ExxJs tbh.

    • Posted on: 2018-02-05 00:44:56

      Elf Monster

Well 7s are indeed mostly ExxPs, that was just an example to show that I think ENxJ is more hedonistic under any enneagram circumstance if it is matched.

      bundleofsunshine

I meant that i'm unsure if they actually exist or not. 7 as a whole concept not just the two-liner descriptions seem only ExxP.

I'm sure they exist, not that it really matters to the argument. I've seen ExFJ 7s

In reality? are they 7s because they got that result on a test?

      1. Yes,

      2. Generally, and they act like it
