IMO as an INFP, we are pretty good at coping with them compared to other types, because we're more in touch with our emotions. I think an ESTP 8w7 would have no idea what to do.

enfp 4w3 sxsp or spsx here and i am TERRIBLE at coping with my diagnosed AND undiagnosed mental illnesses.

I think most of the 4w3s pretend to be mentally ill, they behave like they want to be seen as mentally ill or something and act irresponsibly unlike 4w5s who're more likely to be actually mentally ill and they can't cope very well with it either

"most" might be exaggerated, but I agree with your point of them being more dramatic and more likely to think of mental illnesses as tragic accessories than 4w5s.

The INFP votes make little sense. Just because they're faced with these things regularly doesn't mean they're the worst at dealing with them. I know so many XSXJ's and ESXP's who lose their minds at the slightest glimpse of internal pain. It's those stuck in the world of the five senses that will struggle the most when these things arise. And they do, since so many of them are repressed.

This is a bit too subjective.

INFP.  They're also the worst at coping with anything in general.

These can help you get more successful in the real world if developed properly
    introverted intuition
    extraverted intuition
    introverted sensing
    extraverted sensing
    extraverted feeling

Lack of these or being too reliant on these of these definitely leads to mental illness
    extraverted thinking
    introverted thinking
    introverted feeling

INTP - autism, schizophrenia, too reliant on introverted thinking
INFP - depression, too reliant on introverted feeling
ESTP - sociopathy, lack of auxillary Ti
ENFP - borderline personality disorder, lack of auxillary Fi

If I were to be diagnose with a disorder. It will be OCD.  I am the type even when tired, exhausted. And my body condition are showing signs of it. I will tell others I am okay.

Which ones? Anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, theres tons of them.

I'd say xSTP's since they tend to be the types that end up hurting others and in turn hurting themselves for lack of intrapersonal knowledge.

A lot of INFP's are great with coping, think about all the great music, visual art, literature that has come from INFP's turning their demons into something to praise.
